Are you suffering from insomnia?  Please get help from the health seminar at the Korean Health Advocacy Society

 2019-04-11

If we were to assume that we sleep 8 hours a night on average, sleep solely occupies roughly ⅓ of our lives.  Sleep is so vital to our lives as we can maintain our health by having decent and regular sleep.  And this is backed even by an old saying that quotes ‘sleep cures everything’.  However, there are quite a few people out there that struggle to fall into a deep sleep or wake up tired after a long night of sleep.

To help those struggling, the Korean Health Advocacy Society is planning on offering an accurate and helpful health seminar regarding healthy sleep, with the help of two Korean-speaking medical professionals.

It will be a great opportunity to obtain credible health information coming directly from an eastern and a western medical practitioner because a lot of times we are bombarded with abundant amounts of information on the internet.  This health seminar will be held at the Calgary Korean Association Hall (7008 Farrell Rd SE) on Saturday, April 27, 2020, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and will be offered by a Korean herbalist Minyup Choi from Daol Korean Herbal Clinic, and a psychiatrist Dr. Huntae Kim.  You can inquire about registration by emailing  info@ckhas.ca.
